Diplomatic Security is the security and law enforcement arm of the United States Department of State, and is the world leader in international investigations, threat analysis, cyber security, counterterrorism, security technology, and protection of people, property, and information.

We provide uniforms to 10,000 employees and local guards in all foreign embassies and posts, and security equipment, protective gear, and training supplies in support of anti-terrorism missions in high threat areas around the world.

Our 3PL and management support services include product research and recommendation, sourcing, vendor management, catalog management, procurement, inspection, kitting, customization, warehousing, and CONUS/OCONUS logistics and freight management.

Part of the U.S. Department of State’s Antiterrorism Assistance (ATA) program, the Special Program for Embassy Augmentation and Response (SPEAR) provides training to foreign governments around the world to enhance U.S. embassy security.

We provide supply chain management services with an emphasis on vendor management, procurement, catalog management, and kitting for each course.

No two courses are ever the same and their schedules are generally not known in advance, so we’ve worked closely with SPEAR to develop and maintain a catalog of “standardized” training materials, while using our procurement expertise and extensive network of manufacturers to obtain items unique to each class – everything from simulated suicide vests to multiple casualty simulation kits to inert improvised soda bottle grenades.

New York State Industries for the Disabled (NYSID) is a not-for-profit membership organization which administers the Preferred Source program for the largest state-use program in the United States. Human Technologies holds the most products contracts of all member companies in New York.

We provide sewing, embroidery, screen printing, and 3PL management services for a number of numerous state agencies, including the Department of Correction and Community Supervision (DOCCS), New York State Police (NYSP), Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), and the State University of New York (SUNY).

Each year we produce and deliver as many as 40,000 pairs of boots and 35,000 pieces of outerwear and accessories for the DOCCS, 10,000 jackets, shirts, and sweaters for the NYPD and NYC Police Department, and 30,000 embroidered and screen printed shirts, raincoats, sweaters, and ball caps for other state agencies.
