Human Technologies and Gilroy Kernan & Gilroy have partnered to send a tractor trailer full of our region’s finest spring water to Flint, Michigan.

On Thursday, February 11 a tractor trailer loaded with 4860 gallons of Nirvana Natural Spring Water will start its voyage from Utica New York to Flint Michigan.  Two community partners, Tim Giarrusso, president/CEO of Human Technologies and Larry Gilroy, president of Gilroy Kernan & Gilroy, have collaborated with Nirvana to make it possible. Human Technologies and Gilroy Kernan & Gilroy would like to encourage other local companies to do the same.  Giarrusso commented, “Our two companies see this as a great form of collaboration and support from our community, in a way that stimulates sales for Nirvana as they continue to make positive strides rebuilding their business.  In addition, we share a piece of the Mohawk Valley with the people of Flint, as they meet the challenges of getting fresh water while rebuilding their community.”

This truck load will join two others that have been filled by local residents through the effort launched by Bill Keeler from WIBX.
