We’re looking for an experienced Screen Print Operator who takes pride in hands-on work, attention to detail, and seeing a finished product come to life.

What you’ll do
You’ll play a key role in keeping our production moving and our quality high:
- Set up and operate screen printing equipment to meet production goals
- Monitor materials and production flow to reduce waste and keep jobs on track
- Ensure every product meets quality standards before it leaves the floor
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to keep operations running smoothly
- Assist with inspections, inventory, and overall production support
- Jump in where needed, including embroidery, shipping, or material handling
What You Bring
- 2 to 3 years of screen printing experience or similar hands-on production work
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
- Willingness to be a team player and support multiple areas when needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
