Human Technologies Corporation (HTC) recently appointed Lance Bennett as Facilities Manager. HTC is a $20M company that has 538 employees of which 382 have significant disabilities. As Facilities Manager, Mr. Bennett will be the expert of all HTC preventative maintenance and facilities management activities and will be responsible for the stewardship of HTC’s properties, buildings, and other capital assets, employee safety programs, and regulatory compliance requirements. Mr. Bennett comes to HTC from Munson-Williams Proctor Institute, Utica, NY, with over 11 years of extensive facilities knowledge including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and fabrication, mechanical systems and housekeeping, as well as supervising the Engineering and Building Trades staff in all repairs, preventative maintenance, installations, remodeling and codes compliance in all 31 Institute properties.
