Human Technologies is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Green as the new Vice President of Human Resources. With a wealth of experience in HR leadership and a proven track record of driving organizational success, Lisa is poised to bring a fresh perspective and strategic direction to the Human Resources department. Human Technologies’ outgoing VP of HR, Linda Forth, is transitioning into retirement after 25 years of service to the company.
In this crucial role, Lisa will oversee the comprehensive operations of the Human Resources Department, ensuring compliance, policy implementation, personnel management, benefits, recruitment and retention strategies, and compensation frameworks are executed effectively, supporting the company’s ongoing growth and mission to create employment for people with disabilities.

Lisa boasts over 24 years of HR expertise, most recently as the VP of HR and Personnel Development at Utica College (now Utica University), also serving as Title IX Coordinator. Her HR experience spans recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and compliance. Lisa holds an MBA and a PHR and is renewing her SHRM-CP. Lisa has contributed to various boards, including Junior Junction, Notre Dame Schools, and the Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce, underscoring her commitment to community and professional excellence in supporting Human Technologies’ mission to create employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
